There is no doubt in the world that I am 100% a morning person. When my alarm goes off at 5am, I'm honestly so excited to jump out of bed, head to the gym, and think of what I'm going to make myself for breakfast when I get back home. There is something about the morning that just works with me, and while I know a lot of other people DO NOT feel the same, I think there is nothing better than getting up early and starting the day with physical activity and good food.
As I am a student, and currently on holidays - I have a lot more time than I normally do to spend time on things like thinking about and preparing my meals. This meant that this morning I was able to come back from the gym, have a shower, and distinguish exactly what it was that my body was craving for breakfast, and sure enough, this little gem emerged 15mins later, and boy was it deliciousssssss!
