Friday is upon us, and the weekend is just one sleep away! It's freezing tonight and I am absolutely shattered - HOWEVER, I still managed to get to the gym to do a heavy legs sesh, as well as typed up this recipe for you to feast your eyeballs on!
I made this loaf a lot when I was back living with my mum because, well, she had a loaf tin - and to be honest I had completely forgotten about it until the other day when I decided to scroll through my foodie instagram page (@feeding_energy) #shamelessplug :P And I have been inspired, so I think that it is about time that I purchase myself a tin so that I can bake up this goodie this weekend!
