Sometimes, life doesn't go exactly to plan - but that is part of the beauty of living! The last few months I have found myself a) move out of home into a new city, b) graduate from one degree and drop out from the one I had thought was the path to my future, and c) started full-time work back in Sydney (meaning I travel 4hr by public transport each day starting from 5am). For some, this may seem like an absolute shambles, and that I don't really have my life together or know what I want from life at all - however for me, from this process I have learnt that life cannot be rushed, Making decisions based on what you think you "should do" rather than what you really "want to do" can lead you down a complicated path that will most likely spit you out the other end, right at the very point you were meant to be at anyway!
Since my new schedule requires me to leave the house at a crazzzzyyyy hour of the morning, I don't have time to make and eat my breakfast each morning before eI leave - but thanks to this little creation of mine, I am still getting the best start to each day (even if I am that person who eats on the train now haha!)
Eat well, and I will be back very shortly with some new recipes that are bound to make your mouth water and eyeballs pop out of your head haha!
