What is a Sunday morning without pancakes? ...Probably a Saturday morning now I think of it!
Trying out new ingredients in my cooking is something I love doing as I find it sparks my creativity, and increases my taste and knowledge of different foods from around the world. This time around I added Pink Pitaya Powder (made from dragon fruit) to my pancakes to give them this beautiful feminine touch of pink! If you are a little bored of the standard foods you are using in your cooking, leading you to feel uninspired with your creations - do a little research (or even just an instagram scroll) and find yourself some new ingredients that you can implement into your kitchen marvels!
