Hello lovlies!
Well well well, hasn't it been a busy start to my 2018! Not only have I moved out of home, but I have done my first ever grocery shop that was JUST FOR ME! Eeee! Words cannot explain just how happy and excited I am about this new adventure I have set out for! I am so happy with my decision (despite moving away from all of my friends and family), but I feel so elated and like this is the perfect fresh start that I have been craving for months now. While I haven't quite settled into life outside of home, nor do I really know where any of my cooking stuff is, I have tried so hard to make every meal as healthy as possible, and as wholesome as possible - particularly in order to maintain my health and prevent any illness! Also, I'm in desperate need of finding a gym...cause I haven't moved my sorry ass in what feels like weeks! Anyway...I promised a new recipe, so here it is. This one is one I whipped up just before I left home a couple of days ago, and it is one that I wasn't really concentrating one when I made it, so it has some spectacularly strange ingredients which surprisingly work really nicely!
