A couple of days ago I was given the opportunity to join forces with another future dietician, and spend five hours in the afternoon creating the biggest mess I have ever seen in the kitchen…and it was GREAT!

Each recipe is 100% plant-based/vegan, made from whole-foods, and are #unibudget friendly! As I mentioned in my last blog, I believe that what we eat determines not only how we feel, but our future health both physically and mentally!
