I’m sitting on the train on my way back to Sydney, COVERED in granola. What?! It’s a long train ride and I got hungry! So not only have I managed to embarrass myself in front of the very cute guy in the seat across the walkway from me, but now I’ve eaten all my snacks and have nothing else to do for the next hour! Hence, I’m taking the opportunity to write up the next installation of the ‘4 Recipes, 1 Arvo’ collab I did with Milly from @thenutritionmovement_ - Vegan Chick(pea) Fritters!
This recipe was my favourite one of the day! We saw it in a cookbook I bought for $5 from Kmart a while back, and we seriously underestimated it! While we did change some of the ingredients by adding zucchini and spinach, they turned out better than the original recipe! How cool!
